Fat Saran Wrap for water weight: Wrap Saran Wrap around your arms, waist & thighs. Increase room temp to at least 75 degrees. March in place for 3 minutes then rest for 30 secs. Do 50 jumping-jacks then rest for 30 secs. Curl each 5-lb weight 20 times w/each arm. Repeat entire series at least 3 times resting 30 secs between ea series. ChaCha on!
