Does Sasuke saves Naruto?
Yes. In Fanfiction, anyway. In the manga, no. He will always care about Sasuke because, in a way, they were best friends (and Naruto will cling to that because he never had many friends), but if Sasuke were to threaten Sakura or any of Naruto's other friends, I doubt Naruto would hesitate to stop him, even if it meant he had to kill Sasuke.
