Does the 2011 Xbox 360 play Blu-ray discs?
The Xbox 360 does not currently support the Blu-ray disc format. In 2010, Microsoft stated it passed on the format to keep its online path in its focus. The company continues to pursue the path from DVD to 1080p digital downloads as it believes that Blu-ray is going to be passed by as a format. ChaCha on!
