Ab belts like that have been recalled by the FTC - they can burn you. And they don't work. Eating right and working out is key!
I have used this and this particular "Contour Abs" did work for me. However you will find that different diets/exercise videos/monthly exercise plan etc. are different for each individual. You cannot go by someone else word for some exercise diets/...etc. because everyone's body works differently. Just little exercise tip from exercise trainer here. :) Thanks, Liddie

Ab belts DO work, but they will NOT burn fat or make you lose weight. I agree that the contour abs belt isn't good quality and that the flexbelt is a much better product. I got one after reading the review at http://www.ab-belt-review.com and would recommend you do the same.
The Contour abs belt does work in that it causes your abs to contract, but its not very good quality. There are better quality ab belts around like the flex belt. Read reviews like http://thecontourabs.com/the-flex-belt-vs-contour-abs-belt/ before you buy!
