Does the management of an apartment complex have to continue maintenance on a unit where the residents are being evicted?
It all comes down to what the state law is on that issue but in most states, the landlord or management of an apartment complex has to maintain upkeep to its units in order to keep it up to code enforcement rules. ChaCha!
