Does Verizon charge you to use Palm Pris mobile hotspot?
This version not only has WiFi, but puts it to unique use: an app called Mobile HotSpot shares the phone's Verizon broadband connection with other devices. So, in a sense yes if you are charged for using Verizon's internet. ChaCha!
