Does working out get opiates out of your system faster?
Unless you are a chronic user, opiates should only be detectable in urine for shortly over 1 day. Working out can't hurt.

About Hurt
An occasional hurt is normal, but pain that goes on for a long time may indicate a problem. Pain is the way that the body warns us that something is wrong. Although no one likes to experience pain, it can be helpful in diagnosing a problem. Without pain, you might seriously hurt yourself without even knowing it, or you might not realize you have a medical problem that needs some form of treatment. Once you take care of the problem, the pain usually goes away.
