Does your driving record get cleared when you turn 21 in IL?
Like other kinds of crimes you can't really ever completely clear your DUI record. There's always some entity (such as the court system or law enforcement) that can access it. You can, however, seal your DUI record by having it expunged. Unfortunately, Illinois is not one of the states that allows a DUI to be expunged. Driving record isn't automatically cleared at 21 in IL
