Has anyone ever gotten a perfect score on sats?
A perfect score is 2,400 points. About 1,000,000 students take the SAT each year and on average, 20 of them get a perfect score.

About SAT Score
The SAT is a standardized test used for college admissions within the United States. Performing well on the test can help ensure enrollment to a student's preferred school, or can act the opposite as colleges could deny admission based upon a low score. The test is owned, generated and scored by the College Board, which is a non-profit organization.
