How are you supposed to put a dog to sleep when it keeps barking?
To keep your dog from barking ignore its barking for as long as it takes him to stop. Don't give him any attention at all while he's barking. Your attention only rewards him for being noisy. Reward him with a treat after he has stopped barking.
