How can I check my blood sugar without a meter?
There are two blood tests that help you manage your diabetes. One of these is called self-monitoring of blood glucose (SMBG) when you check your blood sugar several times each day with a glucose meter. The other test is called an A1c which measures your blood sugar control over the past two to three months. ChaCha!

About Sugar
Sugar is a natural sweetener. The white crystalline stuff we typically find in restaurants and in the sugar jar at home is processed and refined. Sugar from the Sugar Cane plant is typically brown in color and has more of a caramel flavor.
About Blood
The average adult has about five liters of blood inside of their body, coursing through their vessels, delivering essential elements, and removing harmful wastes. Without blood, the human body would stop working. Blood transports oxygen from the lungs to the body’s tissue and carbon dioxide from the body tissue to the lungs. Blood is the fluid of growth, transporting nourishment from digestion and hormones from glands throughout the body. Blood is the fluid of health, transporting disease fighting substances to the tissue and waste to the kidneys.
