First you'd need to actually apply and get hired by Walmart, and then once you're hired you'd spend time discussing your needs and requirements for scheduling with the management at whatever store you were assigned. Since the stores are typically 24 hour operations, it shouldn't be too difficult to find some shift to satisfy their needs and yours so it's a win-win. ChaCha!
