How can i increase my chance of having multiples on sims 3?
There are no cheats to help you have multiples, but a gameplay mechanic does influence this. If you want your Sim to have twins or triplets first get the fertility treatment. If both parents have it, this will increase the chance for multiples. Also have the mother read pregnancy books, watch Kid TV and listen to children's music will boost your chances of multiples.
