How can I make eyeliner from eyeshadow?
Follow these steps to use powder eyeshadow as eyeliner: Dip the tip of an eyeliner brush into a small amount of water. Rub the wet eyeliner brush across the corner of your powder eyeshadow. Close your eye and tap the eyeliner brush along your top lash line. Start from the inside edge of your eye lid and work towards the opposite end. Repeat steps for the other eye.
