There is nothing you can do to make your hair grow faster. Hair pretty much grows at a maximum rate of half an inch per month no matter what you do. Vitamins, pills or special shampoos don't make hair grow faster.

Include B-6, biotin, Inositol and folic acid in your diet. It has been found that certain minerals including magnesium, sulfur, silica and zinc are also very important toward maintaining healthy hair.

You can't. Vitamins & shampoos will make your hair soft, but it will not make your hair grow. Hair only grows 1/2 inch per month.
