How can I open a checking and savings account in europe?
Apply by mail to open a European bank account. Call the bank directly, or, if it has a branch in the US, call the branch office. Get the bank to mail an application pack. Complete the application form and check what else is required like proof of address, passport and details of income. Enclose the documents with the application form. Mail everything to the bank.
