Relaxing to music, and deep or Rhythmic breathing are just a few ways to start to relax. Thank ou, ChaCha again.
Relax in bed. Take a bath, play soft music, and lay down in bed. Read a book and clear your mind. ChaCha!
I would suggest taking a nap or doing something that engages your mind on a minimal level, such as a crossword. ChaCha!
Relax through breathing: Fill the bottom of your lungs 1st, then add the top as you breathe through your nose. Breath out slowly.
