How can I smacks cop and get away with it?
If a cop uses excessive force during an arrest, there may be conditions in which smacking the cop is justified by self-defense. In most states, in order for self-defense to stand, the person being arrested must be the one attacked by a police officer, have reason to believe that his life is in danger, or that he will suffer injury.
