There is text-to-speech software available online such as from naturalreaders.com, but windows has software loaded that does it.

About Robot
Robots are machines that move with some degree of artificial intelligence. Previously the stuff of movies and science fiction, robots are quickly becoming smarter and more lifelike.
About Software

If you have a program you want to install onto your computer, then that is the software. The CD that the software comes on and the hard drive that you load it on is the hardware. The application software applies to the word processors, spreadsheets and other types of applications.
