How can the president check the powers of the judicial branch?
There are several checks the president does to regulate powers of the Judicial Branch.The Judicial Branch can only pronounce on those cases brought before them.Judges can't make law.They can only interpret laws, treaties and constitutions of the U.S. ChaCha!
