How can you fall asleep fast?
Count backwards from 100. Works well for me but sometimes I have to count back from 100 a few times. Thanks for using ChaCha!

Caffeine is a stimulant and can keep you awake. Cutting out caffeine at least four to six hours before bedtime. ChaCha!
