How can you fall asleep faster MORE?
No caffeine/nicotine/sugars/booze they disrupt sleep. Limit any eating past 7 & slow down the lights, sounds, rhythm. Too many restless nights in bedroom and sleep like a bear on sofa watching movies? TV light out & hibernate on the couch instead!!
