How can you fix it when your iPod Touch says it is disabled?
Start-up your computer and log in. Open itunes and leave it on the screen. Now, hold down the lock button on the top of your device until the power off slider appears. Slide the arrow to shut off your ipod. Make sure that the Ipod is not connected! ChaCha On!
