To get the time machine, play Road to Wrestlemania with Christian. Chat to Edge at Elimination Chamber PPV about the Time Machine. Head to the GM Office and chat to Mr. McMahon. It turns out the time machine is broken into 3 pieces. Look for the Edge and Christian action figures between the bookshelf and the TV. Then get the "flux capacitor" in the Green Room. Go to Edge with the 3 parts and you will get the Time Machine.
