How can you get winged eyeliner to look good?
Use a pencil eyeliner to give crisp lines and a clean look. You can also go back over to add shading or deeper colors. You can add brush effects to go with a "bat wing" look or stick with the pencil only for more of a cat look.

Used mostly by females and dramatic males, eyeliner is a dark colored makeup used to accentuate the eyes.
