Poor 4 inches of Water in a small sauce pan. Add a pinch of Salt and bring to a boil over medium heat. Turn down the heat slightly to bring the boil to a simmer. Crack an egg into coffee cup or small container. Be careful keep the yoke intact. Lower the cup as close as possible to simmering Water. Slowly tip egg into the Pot. Boil the Egg for 2-4 Minutes. etc.
