How can you stop a Pomeranian from barking all the time?
Socialize the animal so that it is more used to people, if it is barking at others. Try giving it more toys to keep it occupied. Also, find out the stimulus of the barking, and try to keep the dog away from that stimulus. Get them more exercise.
