West Nile virus is a disease spread by mosquitos. You can tell if you have it because you will experience: Abdominal pain, Diarrhea, Fever, Headache, Lack of appetite, Muscle aches, Nausea, Rash, Sore throat, Swollen lymph nodes and Vomiting. ChaCha anytime.
