How can you tell if your pregnant after 7 days?
You can test for pregnancy 15-16 days after a positive ovulation test or 14 days after ovulation. Ovulation takes place approximately 14 days after your last period. These figures are based on a regular 28 day cycle. Some women have few symptoms early in pregnancy, but vary for each. Early pregnancy signs can be emotional or physical symptoms.

About Pregnant
Pregnant is the state of of having a developing embryo in a female's womb. These days, most women find out they are pregnant in the privacy of their own home, using an at-home pregnancy test kit. Women who may be pregnant should see a doctor as soon as possible for confirmation and to begin prenatal care.
About Early Pregnancy
Early pregnancy is usually considered the first trimester, or first three months, of the pregnancy, with a typical full-term pregnancy lasting nine months. During this time, great care must be taken to follow a proper diet, visit a doctor regularly and be careful not to engage in any behavior which may harm a developing fetus, such as smoking or drinking alcohol, as in all stages of pregnancy.
About Ovulation
Every month, hormones from your pituitary gland stimulate your ovaries to release an egg, or ovulate. Once the egg is released, it travels to one of the fallopian tubes. If you have a consistent 28-day cycle, ovulation is likely to begin about 14 days after the day your last period began.
