How come Wal Mart employees don't get medical benefits?
It is believed that Walmart does not offer its employees an extensive benefit package in order to cut company costs. Walmart currently offers a limited benefit plan, but the annual deductible for families is a staggering $3,000 and for individuals is $1,000. At $7 per hour before taxes, employees do not make enough to cover these costs. ChaCha on!
