The success of Industrial Luncheon Services led Rosenberg to open his first coffee and doughnut shop, the Open Kettle and later, Dunkin' Donuts. Dunkin' Donuts has come under fire from some of its franchisees for allegedly strong-arming them out of business at large financial losses.
