How did Gatsby measure the success of his party in the book The Great Gatsby?
The only reason Gatsby throws his huge parties is because of his dream. His dream is for Daisy to see all of his wealth and power and to fall in love with him. When he sees that Daisy is not having a good time, he considers his party a failure.
