How did jackie robinson die?
Jack Roosevelt 'Jackie' Robinson (Born: Cairo, GA on Jan. 31, 1919, Died: Stamford, CT on Oct. 24, 1972) was the first black MLB player of the modern era. He broke the color barrier with the Brooklyn Dodgers in 1947. Robinson suffered from complications of heart disease and diabetes that left him almost blind by middle age. Jackie died of a heart attack at 53.
