Norma Jeane Mortenson, aka Marilyn Monroe was born in Los Angeles on June 1, 1926. She is well known for having an affair with President John F. Kennedy and made her last public appearance at a birthday party for him at Madison Square Garden when she sang the famous 'Happy Birthday Mr. President'. She died on August 5, 1962 of an overdose of barbituates, the incident was deemed a suicide, but accidental overdose or homicide has not been ruled out. For every question there's an answer.
