How did the good neighbor policy change United States relations with Latin America?
"Good Neighbor" initiative, under FDR's watch, the last American troops withdrew from the Caribbean, and the United States abrogated the Platt Amendment, wherein the government of Cuba had pledged to recognize the right of the US to intervene. The Good Neighbor Policy of FDR did not work out well for either the US or Latin America as the US tried to be dominant. ChaCha!
