Korean War During the Korean War there were many poor decisions for the environment. For example the Germans and the Soviet Union used a tactic called 'torched earth' where they would do just that set fire to the earth. However, mainly in the Korean War, the United States would us a tactic that would bomb certain locations to flood other areas. ChaCha On!
