How did the new health care act improve?
The new health care law has worked for Minnesotans. They are proud of their state's model of delivering "high-value, low-cost" care. The Affordable Care Act has not only begun to get a handle on premiums, it's stopped insurance companies from discriminating against children with pre-existing conditions, allowed young people to remain on their parents' plan until age 26.
