About RuneScape
RuneScape is a massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) that originally released on January 4, 2001. Players can travel throughout the world of Gielinor on foot, by magical teleportation spells, and charter ships. Each new area and city offers monsters, resources, and quests for players to explore. The game has undergone two major overhauls for graphics and gameplay; one in 2004 and the other in 2008.
