How do I clean my tattoo after one day of getting it so it doesn't get infected?

After removing the cover that your tattoo artist provided, you should use A&D lotion (a VERY small amount, just enough to cover it) three times a day for three days. Wash the tattoo before every application with Dial, or another gentle soap. After three days, switch to a fragrance-free lotion like Curel. Continue washing it the same. It's always worked for me! ChaCha!
