How do i convince velwyn benirus to return to anvil and lift the curse in the quest "where spirits have lease" on elder scrolls IV: oblivion?
Talk to him, mentioning the haunting and blah blah blah. He reads the note and discovers that he is needed to lift the curse, so the goes back to Anvil. You should too. Thanks ChaCha!
