How do I erase everything on my Dell computer because I got a virus that says files cannot be open since they're damaged?
Put your Windows xp vista or 7 CD inside your computers DVD drive. Upon restarting the computer you will be asked to press any key to boot from the CD. After that you will be given a walk though to reinstalling your OS. This will erase everything on your pc.
