How do i fix my Twitter when it says Time stamp out of bounds?
To fix the Twitter's "timestamp out of bound" error, Twitter's developers say that you need to make sure that the code you're using is converting your local time to GMT before converting to epoch time in seconds. Also make sure that your system clock is accurate and not running behind or ahead. ChaCha!
