How do I get back up assistant to start on my phone?
1) Access "Get It Now" or "Media Center" on your handset. 2) Select "getGOING", "Tools on the Go" or "Browse and Download" (depending on the type of phone you have). 3) Then select "Business/Tools", access and launch "Backup Assistant". ChaCha!
