Biceps Aim to complete 5 to 8 repetitions of dead lifts and/or pull ups before you reach exhaustion. Once 5 to 8 repetitions is easy , pump it up to about 10. Also make sure that you are eating around 5 to 6 meals a day. You need those calories! Chacha!!
