How do I get my pictures deleted off my iPhone 4?
Remove pictures from a iPhone 4 through the iTunes sync process. Connect your phone, iTunes running, under the photos tab, remove the checks in the boxes for the photos/albums/folders you do not want on your phone & hit the apply/sync button, they will then be removed from your phone.
