How do i get raquazya in pokemon emerald?
Follow these steps to catch Rayquazya. Get a pokemon above level 70 with ability to Sing, like Swellow. Fly to Pacifilog Town. Surf the Sky pillar, you must have Mach Bike. Save the game. Get Rayquaza health to yellow or red and then Sing. ChaCha!
