How do i get rid of a canker sore?
Canker sores will normally go away by themselves in 7-10 days. The pain can be minimized through careful diet (eliminate spicy, acidic, or other foods that irritate them) or by the use of over the counter anesthetics. Other remedies include using aloe juice as amouth rinse, rinsing your mouth with salt water, and applying a paste made of baking soda to the sore. You can't stop the ChaCha train.

Most canker sores will heal on their own in a few days to a couple of weeks. Try rinsing with mouthwashes that do not contain SLS.

Canker sores usually heal without treatment in about a week or two. Some people say to rinse with Listerine and that helps!
