If you got the hickey in the last 24 hours, apply ice. Otherwise, apply heat. Massage may also help heal the bruise faster.

To get rid of a hicky you ice heat, heat it, and use Witch Hazel gel.

Just like any other bruise there is no "get rid of hickies fast" remedy. You will have to wait for the blood vessels to heal.

Using any tubular object with a domed end, apply steady pressure over the hickey and twist. Try to work the blood deeper.
