How do I get rid of my kankles?
The most common cause of cankles is weight gain. Start exercising and eating more fruits and vegtables. Another common cause of cankles is water retention, which can make the ankles swell to blend in with the calf. Reduce the amount of alcohol you drink and reduce added salt in your food. Build and shape the calf muscle by doing calf raises, thus giving you a more shapely lower leg. Even though it doesn't get rid of it, but tanning also reduces the noticability of cankles.
