How do I get Shedninja in Pokemon Platinum?
When Nincada reaches level 20 and evolves into Ninjask, you need to have an empty slot in your party as well as a regular Poke Ball, then you should "miraculously" end up with a Shedinja when you return to the main screen after evolving Nincada.
